Shopping with Cedar & Grid

These terms apply to purchases from Cedar & Grid at easyofficemart.com. Please read the product details and our shipping and refund policies before ordering. The terms shown when you place an order apply to that purchase.

Products and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars. The product page identifies the size, color, quantity and included items. Please check these details carefully; props shown for illustration are not included unless the description says they are. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Contact us promptly if an order needs correction or cancellation. We will check its fulfillment status; changes may not be possible once an order is being processed or has shipped. If we cannot fulfill a paid item, we will contact you and refund that item.

Delivery

We currently deliver only within the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Standard shipping is free for our current product collection. Estimated transit time is 5–12 business days after dispatch, excluding order processing time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. See our Shipping policy for details.

Returns, refunds and privacy

We do not offer routine change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed items are covered by our Refund policy. Information about personal data is in our Privacy policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights provided by applicable law.
